My Commitment to Craftsmanship
Every Noctisa piece is handcrafted in small batches and carefully inspected before it is sent out. Because I work as an independent artisan studio, each design carries handmade details, vintage-inspired finishes, and carefully selected components that make every piece unique. Slight variations are part of the character of handcrafted jewelry and should be expected.
Vintage & Repurposed Components
Some designs feature vintage, second-hand, archive, or repurposed decorative components that may naturally show minor signs of age, light surface marks, subtle oxidation, tiny asymmetries, or small imperfections consistent with their history. These characteristics are considered part of the design language and uniqueness of the piece. Minor imperfections in vintage or second-hand components are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return, refund, exchange, or dispute. This includes but is not limited to:
- light scratches
- natural patina
- slight oxidation
- minor asymmetry
- small age marks
- subtle color inconsistency
- handcrafted placement differences
Final Sale Items
The following items are strictly Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged:
- Limited Archive pieces
- made-to-order items
- custom altered pieces
- sale / promotional items
- one-of-a-kind vintage designs
- pieces using rare reclaimed components
Standard Returns (14 Days)
For regular in-stock collection items, return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- item must be unworn
- no fragrance, stains, or signs of use
- original packaging must be included
- all accessories / gift packaging must remain intact
- return must be approved before shipment
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. A 10–15% handling / restocking deduction may also be applied for approved non-defective returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:
- order number
- clear photos
- outer packaging photos
- issue description
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, refunds, and disputes will not be accepted for:
- minor vintage age marks
- second-hand component imperfections
- expected handcrafted variation
- slight color differences caused by screen display
- natural metal darkening / patina
- preference changes
- “not my style anymore”
- refusal to sign for delivered packages
- incorrect address entered by customer
- failure to collect package from carrier
Order Cancellation
Because I begin preparing materials shortly after purchase, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order enters production preparation and can no longer be canceled.

Include: order number, item name, reason for request, and photos (if applicable). Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
