Creation & Processing Time
Because our pieces involve hand-assembly, detailed inspection, and careful packaging, please allow 3 to 6 business days for our team to prepare your order. For items from "The Limited Archive" or during high-demand releases, this studio processing time may take up to 7 business days to ensure every vintage component is perfectly secured. We appreciate your patience as we bring your jewelry to life.
Transit Times & Delivery
Once your piece is ready and leaves our studio, it begins its journey to you. We partner with reliable global logistics networks to deliver your package securely.
- Standard Delivery to the US: Once shipped, transit typically takes 7 to 12 business days.
- Total Estimated Time: From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep, please anticipate a total timeline of 10 to 18 business days.
Tracking Your Journey
When your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Important Note on Tracking: Because we utilize specialized logistics to transport our packages directly from our artisan workshop to local domestic couriers (such as USPS), your tracking link may not show immediate movement for the first 3 to 5 days. Please do not worry—this simply means your package is in transit between international hubs and will update as soon as it is scanned by your local postal service.

For our customers in the United States, standard orders typically do not incur additional customs duties. However, should any local taxes or import duties apply, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
